Our Cottages

This Duchy of Cornwall Farm is situated in beautiful Cornish countryside and offers the perfect retreat for those seeking peace and tranquillity. Guests can enjoy the quiet walks, catching glimpses of the native birds, butterflies and wild flowers. The village of Chapel Amble with its traditional pub/restaurant, post office/ store, is just a short walk through country lanes.

Beach loving guests will find the sandy surfing beach of Polzeath or the family beach of Daymer Bay a short trip away. Golf can be played at the many superb golf courses in the area. Bikes can be hired for rides along the Camel trail to the pretty fishing port of Padstow. Moorland horse rides are available locally. Canoeing, sailing or wind surfing are easy to arrange.

Fittings and fixtures are all high quality and are maintained to a high standard. A selection of towels are provided for every guest. All electricity, heating, logs, linen, towels and a midweek maid service are included in the tariff.

Other facilities available include: Children's adventure garden, Baby-sitting service, parking for cars and boats. A large wet room and drying room for cleaning surf boards, wet suits, and wet children! Cots and high chairs are available..

Our Guest Service Area is now up and running, supplying information, a wet room for washing and drying wetsuits plus providing all the bulky items that you may need on your holiday, such as cool boxes, windbreaks, surf boards, wellie boots etc. Also if you would like to travel back in the evening on the day of your departure we will store your luggage and offer you the guest service area to shower and freshen up before your journey home.
