West. The spectacular cornish coastline will offer you
some of the most breathtaking views across jade coloured
seas. Whilst the rugged solitude of Bodmin Moor shows
a forgotten era of stone circles and settlements shadowed
by the awesome tors. The historical villages of Tintagel
and Boscastle are a little further up the coast and
the market towns of Camleford and Wadebridge are close
by. Visit the Eden Project with its tropical and meditteranean
bio domes or discover the Lost Gardens of Heligan for
yourself. The elegant stately homes of Lanhydrock and
Pencarrow are situated in the immediate area.
The more energetic guests will find the sandy surfing
beach of Polzeath or the family beach of Daymer Bay
a short trip away.
Golf can be played at the renowned St Endoc Golf Club
situated at Rock. Cycle along the Camel trail to the
pretty fishing port of Padstow. Moorland horserides
are available locally. Canoeing, sailing or windsurfing
are just as easy to arrange. |
