This Duchy of Cornwall Farm is situated in beautiful
Cornish countryside and offers the perfect retreat for
those seeking peace and tranquillity. Guests can enjoy
the quiet walks, catching glimpses of the native birds,
butterflies and wild flowers. The village of Chapel
Amble with its traditional pub/restaurant, post office/
store, is just a short walk through country lanes.
Beach loving guests will find the sandy surfing beach
of Polzeath or the family beach of Daymer Bay a short
trip away. Golf can be played at the many superb golf
courses in the area. Bikes can be hired for rides along
the Camel trail to the pretty fishing port of Padstow.
Moorland horse rides are available locally. Canoeing,
sailing or wind surfing are easy to arrange.
To make your stay with us complete,
all cottages have private lawned gardens
with individual barbecues, garden
furniture and views of the unspoilt
countryside as the perfect backdrop. All seven of our cottages are graded 5 stars
Rooke Country Cottages have been
thoughtfully converted to combine the
traditional style of natural stone, slate
flagstones, oak floors and beamed
ceilings with today’s modern comforts.
Sitting rooms have subtle lighting,
elegant soft furnishings, digital wide
screen TV, DVD, hi-fi and homely log
burners and central heating for those
colder evenings.
Kitchens are comprehensively equipped
from dishwashers, washing machines and
tumble dryers to food processors.
Bedrooms. Our beds all have quality
mattresses, pillows, duvets and linen
to ensure a good nights rest.
Bathrooms are tiled for maximum
hygiene.

Fittings and fixtures are all
high quality and are maintained to
a high standard. A selection of
towels are provided for every guest.
All electricity, heating, logs, linen,
towels and a midweek maid
service are included in the tariff.

Cots and high chairs are available..
Our Guest Service Area is now up and running, supplying information, a wet room for washing and drying wetsuits plus providing all the bulky items that you may need on your holiday, such as cool boxes, windbreaks, surf boards, wellie boots etc. Also if you would like to travel back in the evening on the day of your departure we will store your luggage and offer you the guest service area to shower and freshen up before your journey home.
